Rose Kennedy
Staff Writer
Rose Kennedy is a longtime local freelance writer who originally came to Knoxville to work for Whittle Communications (then 13-30) in 1984. Her "will-write-to-pay-KUB" policy has extended her writing career to two how-to books, numerous food, home and garden articles, a stint with TVA employee communications, commercial script writing, and two decades of reviewing children's books. She lives in a nicely blended family that includes a lawn-care professional, three teenage girls, eight dogs and cats and some sea monkeys. She has participated in several local theater companies as a stage manager and reluctant stage mom, and is semi-obsessed with local freeroll (strictly legal) Texas Hold 'Em tournaments.
